- The check-in time is from 14:00 to 22:00 on the day of stay.
- When checking in, please present membership card or resort certificate to the front desk.
- In case you need to check in after 22:00, please notify the front desk in advance.
- The check-out time is 12:00.
- As late check-out charge will be applied, please follow the check-out time.
- In case of check-out after 16:00, the charge for a 1-night stay will be applied.
- When you go out, please leave the room key at the front desk.
- If the key is lost or stolen, the charge for replacing the door lock will be applied. In view of such,
please be sure to keep the key safe.
- To ensure the pleasant stay of our guests, the Ladena Condominium has policy that sets the limit on the number
of guests allowed to stay according to the room size.
Your cooperation in following the regulations is highly appreciated.
- The number of guests allowed to stay is 4 persons for family room, 6 persons for deluxe room
and 7 persons for suite room.
- Up to 2 additional persons exceeding the above limits are allowed to stay in each room.
- A charge is applied for each additional guest exceeding the limit. (10,000 Won per person)
- The number of beds and bedclothes in each room is prepared according to the regulations. Additional bed and
bedclothes will be charged. (Additional bedclothes 3,000 Won per 1 set, additional bed 10,000 per 1 unit)
